We are thrilled to share our incredible experience at the InnoQube Incubator in Chur, Switzerland. Being selected for the inaugural batch has been a game-changer for ScoutSync, providing us with invaluable resources and support to accelerate our growth.
Our Time at InnoQube
From day one, the InnoQube team has been instrumental in guiding us through the intricacies of startup growth. The incubator provided a nurturing environment filled with like-minded entrepreneurs and industry experts. This synergy fostered creativity, collaboration, and innovation, pushing ScoutSync to new heights.
The First Two Weeks: Mountain Retreat
The first two weeks were spent in the mountains, where our team had the unique opportunity to enhance our business strategies with experts from around the world. This setting not only fostered deep focus and creativity but also allowed us to bond and have fun with the founders and employees from the other 19 startups.
Middle Weeks: Building from Home
Upon returning home, we dedicated the next four to five weeks to revamping our pitch decks and focusing on building the company. During this period, we benefited from insightful sessions with experts from Asia, China, India, and Dubai. We were able to schedule 1-on-1 sessions, which were pivotal in refining our strategies and expanding our knowledge.
Final Two Weeks: Preparation for Demo Day
In the final two weeks, our founders concentrated on finalizing the pitch deck for our Demo Day presentation in Chur. The excitement was palpable as we made the final edits and rehearsed our pitch. The culmination of our efforts was highlighted during the 1st Demo Day, where we had a blast presenting alongside other startups. The event allowed us to display ScoutSync to an audience in attendance and online worldwide.
Demo Day Highlights
One of the most exhilarating moments was the InnoQube Demo Day. We had the opportunity to present ScoutSync to a diverse audience of investors, industry leaders, and fellow entrepreneurs. The feedback and interest we received were overwhelmingly positive, validating our mission and the challenging work we've put in.
It was great to see the growth of all the startups as we took center stage on this important day all with the same goals in mind. For us, at ScoutSync it was important to share our journey and how we can truly make an impact on scouting and recruitment globally. We walked away with some great connections, new friends, and new learnings to help us create a big footprint in the SportsTech industry.
Looking Ahead
As we continue our journey, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Our focus remains on expanding our investor base, engaging passionate ambassadors, and securing the necessary capital to close our seed round. The support from InnoQube has positioned us well to achieve these goals and drive our mission forward.
