What began as a passion project under the name Willis Sports Organization has now evolved into ScoutSync—a global sports technology company creating winning opportunities for athletes, coaches, and teams.


From humble beginnings to a fast-scaling platform, every step of our journey has been shaped by the incredible people who believed in our mission. As we launch the next chapter of our growth, we're excited to announce new team hires and open internship opportunities for college students and recent graduates in the U.S. and Europe.

CTO – Announcement Coming Soon


We’ve finalized our new Chief Technology Officer—a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in sports and technology. His strength lies in leadership, people management, and building strong cross-functional teams. His arrival marks a major milestone in our effort to scale with structure, discipline, and strategic clarity.


Software Engineer – Joining Soon


A key technical addition will soon support product development across ScoutSync Online and our AI Virtual Coach.


AI Specialist – Coming Soon


AI is central to our innovation strategy. We’re onboarding a dedicated profile with the expertise to push our AI Virtual Coach and multi-agent systems to the next level.


Data Scientist – Incoming


As we scale, so does our data. We’ve recruited a data-driven mind to lead analytics and support smarter insights across all sports verticals.


Sales Reps – USA & Europe


We’re currently reviewing roles for our sales team and will soon open positions in both the U.S. and European markets. These roles will be essential in driving customer success, growing our user base, and ensuring we meet the needs of teams, clubs, and institutions worldwide.
